JCP Epoxy Acrylate Resin is a two part grey resin (10:1) suitable for use in the vast majority of base materials. It can be used for installing threaded studs, rebar or internal threaded sockets for structural applications such as: Columns, Guard Rails, Facades, Staircases, Cantilever Beams & more!

This product can also be used in dry or wet holes.

Please note this 300ml cartridge can be used with standard sized sealant/silicone guns.

HOW TO USE

Step1: Drill correct diameter hole to corresponding depth.

Step2: Clean hole by brushing, blowing to remove any debris & dust.

Step3: Attach nozzle to your resin cartridge. Extrude first part to waste until an even colour is achieved.
Fill the hole 1/3 to 1/2 with resin starting at the bottom of the hole.

Step4: Insert stud into the hole by hand using a twisting motion.

Step5: Allow the resin to cure – attach fixture then tighten to the recommended/required torque
