It is used extensively in new developments and refurbishment projects making it the UK’s most specified flooring board.
Standards: EN 312 - type P5; EN 13501-1: class D-s2, d0
FEATURES AND BENEFITS

- Smooth surface
- T&G profiling on edges
- Easily cut
- Accepts most coverings
APPLICATION
- Suitable for domestic & commercial applications.
When being installed, boards should be laid in a staggered pattern with long edges across the joists and short edges falling on the centre of joists. Should the short edges overhang then the overhang must be supported by a nogging. Gluing T&G edges is recommended as it improves joint strength.
All dust (and Chipboard is no exception) from wood based boards if inhaled or ingested can be injurious to health and it is recommended to use dust extraction facilities when cutting such boards; as well as the use of suitable PPE: Please click here to view a range of suitable PPE products.
