Yes, you must be a registered member with us to place online orders for either collection or delivery. Once you have Signed In you will be able to take advantage of our click & collect discounts along with bulk buying discounts helping you save more across 1000s of products.

All of our prices are shown as excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.

Live stock levels are shown in green against every product – these figures are updated every minute! Please note goods will only be allocated to your order once it has been placed and you receive an order confirmation.

Once you are ready to order the products in the shopping basket, you will need to choose Collection Checkout. This will allow you to save even more as collection discounts will be applied to the order.

Goods can take upto 3 hours to prepare before collection but this can be quicker depending on the items being ordered.

Orders must be collected within 2 working days of placing an order unless agreed otherwise with a member of staff at SAIMAXX. Collection times: 8am to 5:30pm (Mon – Fri) 8am to 12:30pm (Sat).

We operate our own fleet of vehicles to ensure that customers receive the best possible service from SAIMAXX. Occasionally, external couriers or hauliers may be used to deliver orders.

All deliveries are to kerbside only.

We will automatically deliver orders within 2 working days of you placing it online (depending on delivery location) unless requested otherwise. Orders placed after 1pm will be classified as the next working day.

Mastercard, Visa & Maestro. We do not accept American Express. We do not under any circumstances take payments over the phone.

As a wholesaler to the industry we do not expect our customers to be returning any products. Should you need to return any products to us, this is to be done within 28 days of the original receipt/invoice and products must be unopened and in original packaging with no damages. Any returns are at the discretion of the store manager – this decision is final.

There will be a fixed 15% re-stocking charge applied when you bring the goods back to the store – please note we will not arrange for collection of the goods under any circumstances.

We do not accept returns of the following: bagged products (tile adhesive, plaster, cement etc.), roof tiles, Gypsum based products, any ‘big & bulky’ items & special orders.

We will also refuse to take back any products that are currently in shortage across the market along with any products being returned in large quantities. Once again this will be at the discretion of the store manager.

Please send an email to membership@saimaxx.com clearly stating the changes required. We will only be able to process this request if it has been sent by the original account holder. Please make reference to your 7 digit account number which can be seen in the ‘My Account’ section.

Click on ‘My Account’ underneath the shopping carts and then navigate to ‘Online Order History’. This page will now show you all the orders placed online.

Click on ‘My Account’ underneath the shopping carts and then navigate to ‘My Credit Account and Invoices’. This page will now allow you to access all invoices going back upto 1 year along with checking credit account balances.
