SAIMAXX is currently open as usual with reduced staffing following the Government's recent announcement regarding Covid-19. We are a business supplying 1000's of emergency products to the DIY, hardware & building sector.
All deliveries are to be dispatched on a case by case basis however, there will be extended lead times. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse to take any deliveries because of the constant changes in regulations being made by the UK Government or policy changes by us.
We are encouraging all customers to place orders online for either Click & Collect or Delivery. If you have not yet got a login, please click here.
At the request of our customers, we have removed our Return's Policy which means products cannot be returned or refunded until further notice. This is being done for hygeine reasons & due to customers purchasing products which are in short supply or extended lead times. We reserve the right to cancel or reduce the purchasing of products where we feel that the quantitiy being purchased will result in stocks being depleted creating lack of ability to supply others with emergency products.
We also reserve the right to refuse to serve customers instore who appear to be ill or breaching the Government's Covid-19 social distancing guidelines.
We hope that anyone who deals with SAIMAXX will not take offense to these difficult decisions. We have a responsibilty to our customers, suppliers, staff and local community to do what is correct & proper even though it may appear to be unpopular. If we all follow the Government's guidelines & rules along with using our own initiative we hope to successfully fight this virus together! God Bless All.
