DESCRIPTION
Everbuild Pinkgrip Dryfix FR Dual Flow is a revolutionary new type of fast curing adhesive foam that has been specially developed for the rapid installation of Plasterboard, Insulation Boards and other such materials such as Roof Decking and Floorboards. Conforms to EN 13501 (Fire classification of construction products and building elements Part 1: Classification using data from reaction to fire tests) Class E. Supplied in a pressurised canister EVERBULD PINKGRIP DRYFIX FR DUAL FLOW is applied with either an applicator gun or standard applicator nozzle. Note: Pinkgrip Dry Fix must only be applied using the Pinkgrip Dry Fix Applicator Gun, ordinary Foam Guns must not be used.

USES
- For fixing plasterboard to solid walls
- For fixing plasterboard to metal and timber stud walls and battens
- Bonding insulation boards to most substrates
- Fixing Roof Decking and Floorboards to beams Bonds to: Masonry, Concrete, Plaster , Timber, Metal, Insulation boards, polystyrene, Polyurethane, Bitumen, Asphalt and much more.
APPLICATION INFORMATION
- Curing Rate - 3mm per 24 hours
- Skin Time - 15 mins @ 23°C and 50%RH
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
- Shake can well, about 20 times before using (and occasionally during use).
- Surfaces must be clean, sound and dust free, ensure metals are free from any grease or oils.
- Only apply in temperature range 2°C to 25°C.
- Turn can upside down and screw gun carefully onto the black adaptor of the can.
- Must only be applied using a Pinkgrip Dry Fix Applicator Gun or supplied nozzle.
- Ordinary Foam Guns MUST NOT BE USED.
- If can has been kept in cold conditions bring to room temperature before use, a handy way is to stand the can in a bucket of hot water, do not heat up by any other method.
LIMITATIONS
- IMPORTANT – Clean the gun immediately after use with EVERBUILD DUAL PURPOSE FOAM CLEANER.
- Reuse is only possible by leaving the gun attached to this can and cleaning foam from the gun nozzle tip with EVERBUILD DUAL PURPOSE FOAM CLEANER before the foam has cured.
- Re-use must be within 1 month of original use.
- NEVER STORE THIS CAN HORIZONTALLY. The valve may seize and fail to activate.
- NEVER PUSH ANY OBJECT INTO VALVE AS CONTENTS MAY EXPLODE.
- If any can fails to activate, do not interfere with valve. Return can to your supplier.
- ALWAYS USE FOAM CANS AT A TEMPERATURE OF 2 - 20°C or foam will not discharge correctly. This may be achieved by warming can gently in a bucket of warm water.
- Cured foam residues may be removed from non-sensitive surfaces with EVERBUILD FOAM EATER. Dispose of this material and its container to hazardous or special waste collection point.
