Product Description

DESCRIPTION

FOR USE ONLY AS A HOME GARDEN WEEDKILLER. For use on unwanted vegetation.

WHEN TO USE:

Pestshield Weed Killer contins glyphospate for effective control of annual and deep-rooted perennial garden weeds, including grasses, docks, nettles, willowherb, dandelion, binweed and many more. Pestshield Weed Killer is inactivated immediately on contact with the soil and is broken down by the soil bacteria to leave no soil residues. Apply when weeds are actively growing and have adequate leaf area to absorb the spray. Spray nettles and ground elder when new leaves have fully unfolded in late spring. Do not spray in windy conditions as drift can damage or kill valued plants. Do not walk into treated areas until the spray has dried on the leaves, to avoid transfer to lawns and other wanted vegetation. Rainfall within 6 hours of application may reduce effectiveness and require re-treatement. Treat established perennial weeds at the start of flowering for the best effect.

Weeds may show the first effects of treatment after a few days or up to 4 weeks later depending on the weather and type of weed. Leave weeds for at least 7 days before cultivating. Pestshield Weed Killer kills most weeds within single application. Some tough weeds (e.g. ground elder) may need a repeat treatment after 3-4 weeks if re-growth appears. If retreatement is required repeat only one per session.

WHERE TO USE:

For use on unwanted vegetation. DO NOT use on lawns.

HOW TO USE:

Pestshield Weed Killer is formulated as a ready-to-use spray. Always read the label fully before use. Shake the container before use. Rotate nozzle to “Spray” or “Stream”. Spray weed leaves lightly until fully wetted but avoid run-off. Rotate nozzle to “Off” position.
