USES

APPLICATION

• 20kg covers approx 4m² at thickness of 3mm
• Usually requires 3.4-3.5L of clean water

TECHNICAL

• Foot traffic in 2-4 hours
• Lightly serviceable in around 24 hours
• Fully serviceable in around 7 days

LIMITATIONS

• Times are approximate, will be affected by changing temperature and humidity
• Sikafloor®-125 Level Flex is not designed as a final wearing surface, must be covered with a floor covering
• Do not use for embedding underfloor heating systems
• If freshly applied, must be protected from damp, condensation and water for at least 24 hours
• Not to be used on flexible or unstable substrates
• Do not use over large areas of timber flooring/floating floors or insulation /building boards
• Do not use over asphalt or bitumen substrates etc
• For internal use only - do not use externally
• Do not use on floors with rising damp
• Do not use as a DPM
• Suitable for foot traffic only
• Do not mix with other cements / cement based screeds or anhydrite screeds
• Very absorbent substrates must be saturated with water or primed
• Small superficial hairline cracking or crazing is a normal occurrence under these conditions
