DESCRIPTION

Aluminium soakers are used when forming a pitched roof against an existing wall. Aluminium soakers are pre-fabricated to a 90 degree angle.  They are inserted between successive courses of plain tiles or slates (fibre-cement or natural) as an alternative to lead soakers. They are then protected by a covering or flashing (usually lead) to waterproof the joint.

Aluminium soakers are a lightweight and durable alternative to lead and are supplied in a packs of 25.
